Upcoming Events

5th Sunday Services –   Beginning in August, on the 5th Sunday of the month, we will begin having one service at 9:30 a.m. only.  Get ready to prepare and bring your favorite dishes as there will be a family-style potluck lunch in the Parrish Hall following the service.  This is a chance to bring our Parrish family together for fun and fellowship after the service, not to mention a grand opportunity to bring new friends into the mix!
Upcoming 5th Sundays are:  August 29, October 31 – All Hallows Eve & the day before All Saints Day, and
January 30, 2011

9/10-11 – MCCSN Walk-a-thon -     The Annual MCCSN Walk-a-thon will be held, Friday-Saturday, September 10th - 11th, beginning at 6:15 p.m. Forms for donations, walkers, and memorial candles will be available at coffee hour in the parish hall starting this Sunday (Aug. 1st).

9/12 – Rally Day -         Rally Day, also known as “commissioning Sunday,” will be held on Sunday, September 12th during the 10:30 Service. All teachers and participants of the variety of education venues are encouraged to come and commit themselves for another year of learning and scholarship.

9/19 – Sunday School Begins- Sunday school, adult and youth, will begin on Sunday, September 19th at 9:30 a.m. The program runs 50 minutes and concludes at 10:20 a.m. to allow for those who might be serving at God’s altar to prepare. Nursery is available for those with young children.

9/26 – Activities Fair     (Groups need to start getting their information booths together!)
